The mission of One Up Lacrosse is to provide the highest quality of lacrosse instruction in a safe and fun-filled environment through a variety of lacrosse activities designed to develop the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of players at all levels. Our knowledgeable and friendly coaches are devoted to providing a competitive, but positive learning experience that encourages life lessons and values such as character, teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.
